Sarah joins us as Primary Teacher and founding member of ISPH.
Sarah graduated first in her year with a Neuroscience degree from the University of Manchester, where she researched the interaction between genetics and mental health under Professor John Gigg. Despite her interest in Science, it was during this time that Sarah realised that her passion lay outside the lab, in education.
After completing her PGCE (Primary) at Goldsmiths, University of London, Sarah began her teaching career at an inner-city school. Her dedication to supporting children’s health and wellbeing lead her to progress to PSHE coordinator and she introduced several initiatives to ensure the students in her school are happy, healthy and enjoying learning.
Outside of teaching, Sarah has a passion for singing in her community choir, practicing yoga, learning languages and travelling.
